Culture Vitale, Paris-based, offers immersive corporate wellness and development experiences to clients across France and Europe. We seek a commission-based sales freelancer to acquire and manage B2B partnerships, expanding our France/EMEA footprint while earning ongoing commissions on repeat or subscription clients.

The role emphasizes a consultative, human-centered approach and full independence with strong marketing and proposal support from the team.

Qualifications

• Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile.
• Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries.
• Fluent in French, English; other EU languages are a plus.
• Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients.
• Paris-based ideally.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership teams, managers, sales/marketing leaders).
• Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients.
• Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business.
• Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner.
