Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Aerospace Transformation Business Development leader to own the aerospace BD strategy across EMEA, partnering with airframe OEMs, engine suppliers, and MRO providers. You will drive demand, shape GTM plays, and lead cross-functional efforts to incubate a new aerospace segment.

You will engage with C-suite executives, leveraging AWS capabilities in AI/ML, IoT, and cloud to deliver measurable outcomes, with a focus on regulatory compliance and aerospace

Competenze

• 8+ years of aerospace experience in BD, consulting, sales, PM, or program mgmt.
• Proven track record influencing C-level and VP execs at major aerospace companies.
• Strong understanding of aerospace value chain and regulatory requirements (FAA/EASA, CMMC, ITAR/EAR).

Mansioni

• Build and execute the EMEA aerospace BD strategy aligned with the OneAWS Aerospace roadmap.
• Engage C-level and VP stakeholders at target European aerospace companies to build trust and position AWS as a transformation partner.
• Develop and manage a high-quality BD pipeline across aerospace workloads (MRO, digital twin, PLM, IoT, AI/ML).
• Lead procurement of aerospace-specific solutions and adapt existing automotive/manufacturing assets for aerospace needs.
• Drive strategic partner motions with ISVs and system integrators for differentiated European solutions.
• Provide thought leadership through executive briefings, industry events, and published content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales, solutions architects, services, and partners to maintain coherence.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence AWS product and solution development.
