lemlist is looking for an English native speaker to drive new business in the UK and Ireland market. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and onboarding—for mid-market teams of 5–100 users across various industries.

You will combine inbound requests with outbound outreach, build a high-quality pipeline, and aim to close multi-seat deals. A top-20% performance track record and a self-starting entrepreneurial mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of experience in a Sales role as a top performer.
• Pipeline generation: know how to find new prospects and create interest to generate pipeline.
• Deal management: experience managing multiple stakeholders through a sale cycle.
