Job summary

Istituto Marangoni Paris is seeking an Academic Services Specialist to support the delivery of learning activities across courses. You will assist students and academic staff with administrative processes, timetable updates, and documentation development.

You will manage help desk inquiries, monitor attendance and assessments, update the LMS, SIS, and timetabling portals, and collaborate with tutors and programme leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in academic institutions preferred.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player.

Responsibilities

• Support student welcoming activities and help desk inquiries.
• Assist with timetable, enrolments, exams calendars and attendance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate records in LMS, SIS and other databases.
• Support tutors and programme leaders with academic activities.
• Collaborate on surveys and student feedback.
