Gamma Technologies, a global leader in multi-physics system simulation, seeks an Account Manager in Aerospace and Defense to drive growth and expand GT-SUITE adoption across OEMs, defense contractors, space and propulsion developers, and government labs.

You will manage complex enterprise sales cycles, build executive relationships, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions while traveling internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or technical sales.
• Experience selling complex engineering software in aerospace/defense.
• Familiarity with system simulation tools and digital twin concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineering and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within aerospace/defense and expand GT’s footprint.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering leaders, program managers, and executives.
• Position GT-SUITE as a platform for system-level simulation and performance optimization.
• Drive outbound sales via email, phone, social media, and networking.
• Represent GT at aerospace and defense events, tradeshows, conferences.
• Collaborate with application engineers to develop tailored solutions.
• Manage enterprise sales cycles with technical evaluations, pilots, and multi-stakeholder decisions.
• Travel approximately 30–50% (domestic and international).
