Gamma Technologies, a global leader in multi-physics system simulation software, seeks an Account Manager, Aerospace and Defense, to drive growth with existing customers and win new business across aerospace ecosystems.

You will position GT-SUITE as a premier platform for system simulation, digital twins, and mission-critical engineering performance, engaging with engineering leaders, program managers, and executives, while traveling 30–50% internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex engineering software to aerospace/defense sectors.
• 5+ years in business development or technical sales within CAE, simulation software, digital engineering or digital twin tech.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or related).
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and executive audiences.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in aerospace and defense while expanding GT's footprint.
• Position GT-SUITE as a platform for system-level simulation, digital twins, and performance optimization for aerospace and defense systems.
• Represent GT at aerospace and defense industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering leaders, program managers, and executive decision-makers.
• Drive outbound sales efforts through prospecting into new programs, divisions, and global sites within existing and new customers using email, phone, social media, and networking.
• Collaborate closely with GT application engineers and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for customer programs.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving technical evaluations, pilots, and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
• Travel approximately 30–50% (domestic and international)
