Division Operations & HSE Manager, MOIM

As part of our continued growth and commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a strategic leader to step into the role of Division CIO for the IEC Low Voltage Motors Division (MOIM). Reporting to the Division Head of Operations and functionally to the Motion Business Area CIO, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing the digital and information strategy across the Division. The Division CIO co-leads the digital transformation of MOIM’s global functions and regions, embedding digitalization as a core enabler of the division’s business strategy. Responsibilities include shaping and executing the division’s information management and technology agenda, providing executive leadership to various stakeholders, overseeing technology investments, and driving innovation to accelerate growth and efficiency. Key responsibilities encompass strategic planning, leadership, information management, cybersecurity, vendor management, budget management, business continuity, and compliance. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields, extensive experience in information management and technology leadership, strategic planning skills, and knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
