Stora Enso Group is looking for a Workday Talent & Performance Specialist to join our HR tech team. You will translate business needs into Talent & Performance solutions, and provide Core HR support as part of the central Workday team.

The role spans configuration, testing, deployment, release assessment, and stakeholder collaboration across Helsinki, Stockholm, Ostroleka or Ostrava with a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Hands-on experience configuring Workday Talent & Performance.
• Understanding of performance management, talent identification and succession planning.
• Experience implementing Talent & Performance solutions in another organisation.
• Experience with Core HCM or business process configuration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnering; fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as solution partner to Talent & Leadership teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Workday Talent & Performance: design, config, testing, deployment.
• Provide third-line support for Talent & Performance issues.
• Contribute to Core HR support.
• Coordinate with AMS and other teams; manage priorities and dependencies.
