Telia is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to design, develop and maintain integrations between Workday and Telia's systems. You will work with Workday-native technologies including Orchestrate and Studio, shaping reliable HR solutions across the organization.

The role focuses on maintainable solutions, simple technology choices, and collaboration with security and data privacy stakeholders. Strong English and hands-on integration experience are essential.

Competenze

• Proven experience with Workday integrations or a comparable enterprise integration platform.
• Hands-on with one or more Workday technologies (Orchestrate, EIB, Studio, Core Connectors or Web Services).
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON and common integration patterns.

Mansioni

• Design, develop and maintain Workday integrations.
• Build solutions with Workday Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors or Studio.
• Support and enhance existing Workday Studio integrations.
• Connect Workday with internal and external apps via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Apply basic Java knowledge for troubleshooting components.
• Analyze integration requirements and select appropriate technical approaches.
• Create data transformations using XML/XSLT.
