Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking a Principal Digital Experience Engineer to lead the technical strategy for the company’s web presence across Helsinki, Dublin, Amsterdam, and the UK.

You will steer architectural decisions, define engineering standards, and drive experimentation and AI-powered features to improve conversion and performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of web development experience with Astro.js and Sanity.
• Proven track record leading major website projects.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, headless CMS architecture, analytics, and tracking layers.
• Experience designing experimentation, personalization, and AI tools.
• Strong ability to influence leadership and communicate technical trade-offs.

Responsibilities
