Nordhealth is seeking a driven Onboarding Specialist for our UK team. You will own the onboarding journey for new veterinary customers, delivering remote and onsite training across the UK and tailoring Provet to each client’s clinical workflows.

In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, you will adapt to shifting priorities, maintain a positive attitude, and help colleagues grow while building strong stakeholder relationships across practice groups.

Formación

• Based in the UK with the right to work.
• Willingness to travel regularly for onsite visits across the UK.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
• Resilient under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Positive team player who shares knowledge with others.
• Experience in project or change management within SaaS or software.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Veterinary background or experience with veterinary professionals is a strong advantage.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onboarding projects end to end from scoping to go-live.
• Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the UK.
• Configure and customise Provet to match each client's clinical workflows.
• Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across independent practices, mid-market groups, and large enterprises.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
• Share knowledge within the team and support colleagues' growth.
