Job summary

Nordhealth in the UK is hiring a driven Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding journey for veterinary customers from kick-off to go-live, delivering both remote and onsite training across the UK. You will configure Provet to fit clinical workflows, advise on best practices, and build strong relationships with practices, groups and enterprise accounts while working cross-functionally to resolve issues.

We're looking for a driven Onboarding Specialist to join our UK team. You'll own the onboarding journey for new veterinary customers from kick-off through to go-live, delivering both remote and onsite training across the UK.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You won't always have all the answers, priorities will shift, and you'll regularly be asked to operate outside your comfort zone. What matters is that you keep going, stay positive, and bring others along with you.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Manage onboarding projects end to end, from initial scoping through to go-live

• Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the UK

• Configure and customise Provet to each customer's clinical workflows

• Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across independent practices, mid-market groups, and large enterprise accounts

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
