Job summary

Nordhealth is hiring a Staff Engineer for our veterinary unit to support the AI growth of Provet, the PMS used by veterinary professionals. You will drive product-minded AI features and ensure reliable delivery in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Based in Helsinki and operating remote-first, you will contribute to data warehouse improvements, build novel AI capabilities for clinical use, and mentor fellow engineers across international teams.

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:

• Ability to contribute to, and improve, our data warehouse infrastructure to better support AI features and functionality;
• Have previously built novel AI features in a PMS to allow medical professionals to be more effective in their roles;
• Have mentored and supported other engineers.
