Job summary

Nordhealth seeks a Staff Engineer for our veterinary unit to support the AI growth of Provet, our Practice Information Management System. You will help improve AI scribe accuracy, develop predictive models, and advise on actions the user should take within the PMS.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fast-growing SaaS environments, hands-on data warehouse work to support AI features, and a track record of mentoring fellow engineers in a collaborative, remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-growing, global SaaS companies.
• Experience contributing to data warehouses to support AI features.
• Built novel AI features in a PMS for medical professionals.
• Mentored and supported other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AI scribe accuracy and fine-tuning.
• Develop internal models to predict trends.
