Job summary

Neste is seeking a Technology Project Manager in Espoo to lead end-to-end technical coordination of licensing projects, from pre-sales to execution. You will work with global customers, our technology experts, and the legal team to ensure quality delivery and aligned terms.

The role involves coordinating internal resources to integrate technology roadmaps, manage milestones, and support licensing contracts. Fluency in English is required; Finnish/Swedish are a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Requires relevant university degree in chemical engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in process technology, process engineering, technology project management and/or licensing.
• Experience in preparing and negotiating sales and licensing contracts.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Finnish/Swedish a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical coordination for licensing RFIs/RFPs across technologies.
• Coordinate engineering resources for bids, cost estimations, and technical annexes.
• Act as main technical interface for strategic partners and during due diligence.
