You will also serve as a key operational interface for strategic partners and coordinate internal engineering resources to integrate technology roadmaps and support project milestones.

In this job you will work closely with global customers and on the other hand with our technology experts and legal team, to ensure high-quality delivery at set profit targets and in line with the agreed terms and conditions.

In our team, you will work in out-licensing and also support in-licensing. We also develop and secure IPR of our technologies. Our work combines accountability, cooperation, and the desire to develop and renew. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Reasons to join

We operate in an inspiring and evolving business environment as a global leader in renewable fuels. We work at the office at least three days a week to ensure seamless teamwork and a sense of belonging.

Our benefits

for employees in Finland include, for example, a personnel fund as part of the overall remuneration, good occupational health care, a membership in a sickness or health insurance fund and leisure time accident insurance. We also support leisure time activities, e.g. by offering benefits for sports and culture (ePassi).
