Job summary

Neste is seeking a Technology Project Manager in Espoo to lead end-to-end technical coordination of licensing projects, from pre-sales feasibility studies to high-quality execution. You will collaborate with global customers, technology experts, and legal teams to ensure profitable delivery and alignment with terms.

The role involves managing engineering resources, coordinating with partners, and linking technology roadmaps with project milestones.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in chemical engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in process technology, process engineering, technology project management and/or licensing.
• Experience in preparing and negotiating sales and licensing contracts.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Finnish/Swedish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical coordination of licensing projects from pre-sales to execution.
• Coordinate internal engineering resources and align technology roadmaps.
• Serve as interface for strategic partners and manage collaborations with product owners and developers.
• Oversee technical proposals, cost estimations, and technical annexes for bids and licensing agreements.
• Guide feasibility studies and technology transfer activities to validate project viability.
• Coordinate licensor delivery and services, including site visits and testing.
• Maintain data packages for commercial teams and ensure updated productization data.
