Job summary

Jobtailor in Espoo, Finland seeks a professional to support Nokia's patent licensing programs and contribute to strategic negotiations. You will learn to manage patent license negotiations end-to-end and help shape future business goals within a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in patent licensing/IPR, a Master of Laws, and strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Regular travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience and earlier exposure to patent licensing and IPR is considered a must.
• Master of Laws degree.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills, and a team-player mindset.
• Solid project management skills and ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Ability to work independently within agreed targets.
• Creative thinking to develop and apply new approaches to complex problems.
• Analytical skills with understanding of financial analyses.
• Willingness to travel and to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
