Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Surgical Robotics Business Developer in Helsinki to sell the Medtronic Hugo™ Robotic-Assisted Surgery System. The ideal candidate will engage with surgical teams and hospital executives, navigating complex sales environments to advocate for robotic-assisted surgery.

A minimum of 5 years of experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and fluency in Finnish/Danish/Norwegian along with English are required. The role involves substantial travel and the capability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in selling complex medical devices or capital equipment.
• Experience in maintaining relationships within the surgical field.
• Fluent in Finnish/Danish/Norwegian and proficient in English.
