Job summary

Oddlygood Group is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Coordinator in Helsinki to support NetSuite and other supply chain systems. You will log and resolve issues, create training materials and assist with system testing, while collaborating with the wider Supply Chain team.

The role requires Finnish and English fluency and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Based in Pitäjänmäki with hybrid work and in-office requirements, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, handle outbound

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, information systems or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite or Sage 200.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or order management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for ERP and supply chain systems and processes.
• Be the first point of contact for system-related questions and issues.
• Log, track and follow up on tickets with IT and external partners.
• Create and maintain clear work instructions and training materials.
• Participate in system testing, implementations and user training.
• Contribute to process and system improvements with the team.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data and resolve duplicates or errors.
• Support outbound logistics and daily supply chain operations.
• Understand the company’s EDI ecosystem and build connections.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
