Job summary

Staria in Finland is seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to own a strategic ERP transformation from planning to go-live and continuous services. You will influence delivery decisions and collaborate with top NetSuite experts.

Based in Helsinki, Tampere or Turku, you’ll join a Finnish ERP team of about 30 professionals and work in a hybrid setup with occasional travel across Finland. The base salary range is €5,900–€6,500 per month, with a holiday bonus included.

Qualifications

• Extensive ERP project management experience from planning through go-live and transition to support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executive visibility and governance responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating multi-vendor delivery and integrations in ERP programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP transformation project within scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Act as primary customer contact, owning decisions and governance across the lifecycle.
• Drive governance activities: status reports, steering group prep, decisions follow-up, stakeholder updates.
• Maintain visibility of progress, resources, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Manage changes, risks and dependencies to ensure controlled execution.
• Coordinate workshops with business stakeholders, users and partners to design processes and plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for integrations, testing and go-live preparations.
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to continuous services and knowledge transfer.
