Job summary

Oddlygood Group in Helsinki seeks a proactive Supply Chain Systems Coordinator to support day-to-day NetSuite and other supply chain systems. You will be the first point of contact for system questions, log tickets, and coordinate with IT and external partners while supporting outbound logistics during absences.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, business, engineering or IT.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or Sage 200).
• Experience in logistics, order management or customer service.
• Experience in testing, process improvement or implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite and other systems.
• Log and track support tickets with IT and external partners.
• Create clear work instructions and training materials.
• Assist with system testing and user training for enhancements.
• Help with outbound logistics during peak periods and changes.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data and resolve duplicates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
