Normet Oy in Espoo/Pirkkala, Finland seeks a Global Product & Process Owner to define, develop and standardize end-to-end Service Supply Chain processes globally. You will translate business needs into system requirements, drive ERP-enabled solutions and automation initiatives, and partner with IT, Sales Areas and Business Lines.

Based in Espoo or Pirkkala with Finland-wide consideration, you will own the roadmap for SCM processes and capabilities, enabling growth, efficiency and digital

Formación

• Deep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain processes and process development.
• Proven ability to bridge business and IT, translating business needs into system requirements and prioritizing development.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing ERP-enabled solutions (e.g. D365), automation capabilities and process improvements.
• Ability to design scalable, system-enabled and automation-ready processes rather than maintaining existing ones.
• Understanding of the Supply Chain tech landscape across planning, inventory, logistics, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with a process and systems mindset.
• Experience working across global Supply Chain, business and IT functions.
• Experience supporting process transformation and system implementation initiatives.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for alignment and decision-making.
• Change management capability to support adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on scalability and business value.

Responsabilidades

• Owns design, standardization and documentation of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (plan, source, deliver, return).
• Translates business requirements into clear system/IT requirements.
• Ensures Supply Chain systems (e.g. D365) support agreed global processes and needs.
• Designs scalable and automation-ready processes for automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Supports global process standardization across Services Business Line and Sales Areas, reducing variation and manual steps.
• Owns the Supply Chain process, systems and capabilities roadmap, prioritizing backlog.
• Supports Business Line and Sales Areas through change and adoption of new processes.
