Normet Group is seeking a Global Product & Process Owner to standardize end-to-end Service Supply Chain processes globally. Based in Espoo or Pirkkala, you will drive process and system improvements, bridging business and IT, and guiding ERP-enabled solutions like D365 across planning, procurement, logistics and order management.

You will lead global standardization, automation initiatives, and change management to deliver growth and operational excellence in a digital transformation journey.

Qualificações

• Deep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain processes and process development.
• Experience bridging business and IT, translating business needs into system requirements.
• Experience designing and implementing ERP-enabled solutions (e.g. D365).
• Ability to design scalable, automation-ready processes and identify automation opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Owns design, standardization and documentation of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (plan, source, deliver, return).
• Acts as translation layer between business and IT, turning business needs into system requirements.
• Ensures Supply Chain systems (e.g. D365) support agreed processes and needs.
• Designs scalable, automation-ready processes to enable automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Supports global process standardization across Services Business Line and Sales Areas.
• Owns the roadmap for processes, systems and capabilities, prioritizing enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Supports Business Line and Sales Areas through change and adoption of new processes.
