We are a professional pack. Pet-loving by nature, caring by choice.

Are you passionate about balancing demand and supply in a manufacturing environment? Musti Group is looking for a Demand and Supply Planner to join the teams at our pet food factory in Lieto and office in Turku. This position is a fixed-term parental leave cover that is expected to last from 1st December 2026 until 15th November 2027.
Your main goal will be to ensure that our in-house manufactured products are available to customers across Europe. This requires a broad perspective of the supply chain all the way from raw materials to store replenishment. Supply-side, you will make the rough-cut production plan of the factory, smoothen the capacity load on all production lines and optimize finished goods inventory levels in our warehouses. Demand-side, you secure the plan by validating sales forecasts, monitoring major campaigns and communicating changes to key stakeholders across the organization.
Organizationally you will be positioned in the supply chain function where you will report to the Head of Planning and Manufacturing. You will work closely with manufacturing, store replenishment and purchasing teams, while also collaborating cross-functionally with commercial functions in the Helsinki office and in other countries. You will work on-site at least 2 days per week at the Lieto factory and 1 day at the Turku office, with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
What you do here has a direct impact on pets and their parents. That’s something we’re all proud of.
We believe in your potential and support your development. Careers at Musti don’t follow one path; you can grow across teams, roles and even countries.
We value ambition and give people the responsibility to shape their work and decisions.
Your wellbeing matters to us. That’s why we offer comprehensive occupational healthcare, Edenred benefits, our much-loved Pawternity Leave when you get a new pet, and a variety of events and activities that bring our pack together throughout the year.
We win as a pack. That means supporting each other, sharing knowledge and celebrating success together.
And yes, days at the office often include furry colleagues too.
