Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for the 3ph UPS and battery product families to drive strategy and profitable growth across the EMEA region. You will own the full lifecycle—from market requirements to launch and lifecycle maintenance—and collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing and sales to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or Business, MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management for the 3ph UPS and battery products in the EMEA region.
• Define the overall product strategy and roadmap for the assigned product lines in alignment with the CPS strategic plan.
• Define the pricing strategy in EMEA for the assigned product lines, analyzing market pricing and monitoring end-to-end margins.
• Initiate actions to increase profitability (cost-out actions, new product introduction, price management).
• Track sales performance for the assigned product lines, and drive growth initiatives and corrective actions across EMEA.
• Gather voice of the customer and accumulate market knowledge of key targeted segments and competitive offerings
• Investigate and evaluate new market opportunities, contributing to product line strategy planning
• Engage with Segment marketing to create strong value propositions.
• Actively drive new product development projects from market requirements to launch.
• Coordinate product marketing positioning and outbound messaging in EMEA for assigned product lines.
• Drive the definition of marketing communication strategies for assigned product lines in EMEA and work with Marcom to develop assets, tools & campaigns.
• Define, develop and deploy trainings to support sales on assigned product lines.
• Collaborate globally with other regions to coordinate the definition of the global 3ph product roadmap.
• Partner with CPS Business Development Managers to stay in close contact with markets and customers.
