Nordhealth seeks a Staff Engineer for our veterinary unit to support the AI growth of Provet, our Practice Information Management System. You will help improve AI scribe accuracy, develop predictive models, and advise on actions the user should take within the PMS.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fast-growing SaaS environments, hands-on data warehouse work to support AI features, and a track record of mentoring fellow engineers in a collaborative, remote-friendly setting.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Accuracy of AI scribe and possibly fine tuning;
• Developing internal models to predict trends;
• Help with predictions what actions the user should take.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company.In addition, our humble wishlist includes:

• Ability to contribute to, and improve, our data warehouse infrastructure to better support AI features and functionality;
• Have previously built novel AI features in a PMS to allow medical professionals to be more effective in their roles;
• Have mentored and supported other engineers.
