Job summary

Outokumpu Stainless Oy in Helsinki, Finland seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop and optimize our ServiceNow platform across new and existing implementations. You will ensure the platform is secure, scalable and aligned with business needs while acting as a key link between technical teams, management and suppliers.

The role focuses on ITSM/CSM, platform upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement, with a collaborative, analytical approach and strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Experience designing multi-system solutions and integrations with focus on performance and security.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM, license management and contract compliance.
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
• Collaborative, analytical, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile, IT Service Management principles, ITIL and ONEiO is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop and optimize our ServiceNow platform across new and existing implementations. You will ensure the platform is secure, scalable and aligned with business needs while acting as a key link between technical teams, management and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, support and administration of ServiceNow
• Collaborate and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, custom applications and integrations
• Define and improve ServiceNow ITIL processes and CMDB practices
• Manage upgrades, cloning, platform performance, security and continuous improvement
• Monitor service performance, user satisfaction and operational metrics
• Manage subscriptions, supplier collaboration, budgets and forecasts
• Drive standardization, automation and innovation through proofs of concept and digital transformation initiatives

What we are looking for

• At least five years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow scripting.
• Proven experience designing multi-system solutions and integrations, with strong knowledge of architecture, performance and security.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM and CSM, license management and contract compliance.
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
• A collaborative and social approach, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile, IT Service Management principles, ITIL & ONEiO is a plus.
