Job summary

Outokumpu Chrome Oy in Helsinki seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop and optimize the ServiceNow platform across new and existing implementations. You will ensure the platform is secure, scalable and aligned with business needs while collaborating with technical teams, management and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing multi-system solutions and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, performance and security.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM and CSM; license management and contract compliance.
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
• Collaborative, social approach with analytical mindset and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile, IT Service Management principles, ITIL; ONEiO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, support and administration of ServiceNow.
• Collaborate to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, custom applications and integrations.
• Define and improve ServiceNow ITIL processes and CMDB practices.
• Manage upgrades, cloning, platform performance, security and continuous improvement.
• Monitor service performance, user satisfaction and operational metrics.
• Manage subscriptions, supplier collaboration, budgets and forecasts.
• Drive standardization, automation and innovation through proofs of concept and digital transformation initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop and optimize our ServiceNow platform across new and existing implementations. You will ensure the platform is secure, scalable and aligned with business needs while acting as a key link between technical teams, management and suppliers.

What we are looking for
