Job summary

Accenture Oy is seeking a ServiceNow Development Lead / Senior Developer to drive the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform for customer environments within an agile team. You will plan, implement and coordinate high-quality development work in collaboration with customers, architects and Product Owners.

The role requires strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience, fluent Finnish and English, and the ability to work in international teams and multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of practical experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development (e.g. Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, integrations).
• Experience with agile operating models (Scrum, SAFe).
• Ability to act both as an independent developer and as a senior support for international development teams.
• Experience in specifying requirements and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow OOTB solutions and their utilization.
• ServiceNow CSA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure and develop ServiceNow solutions according to customer needs.
• Participate in daily development work as part of sprints and other development initiatives.
• Translate business needs into working solutions with customers, Product Owners and architects.
• Mentor other developers and actively utilize new ServiceNow features.
