Job summary

Outokumpu seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and optimize the ServiceNow platform across new and existing implementations. You will ensure security, scalability and alignment with business needs, acting as a link between technical teams, management and suppliers.

You will lead design and administration, implement ITIL processes, manage upgrades, monitor performance and drive automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing multi-system ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM/CSM and security considerations.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, configuration, support and admin of ServiceNow.
• Translate requirements into scalable solutions, apps and integrations.
• Define ITIL processes and CMDB practices; manage upgrades and performance.
• Monitor service performance, user satisfaction and metrics.
• Oversee subscriptions, supplier collaboration, budgets and forecasts.
• Drive automation and innovation through PoCs and digital initiatives.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop and optimize our ServiceNow platform across new and existing implementations. You will ensure the platform is secure, scalable and aligned with business needs while acting as a key link between technical teams, management and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, support and administration of ServiceNow
• Collaborate and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, custom applications and integrations
• Define and improve ServiceNow ITIL processes and CMDB practices
• Manage upgrades, cloning, platform performance, security and continuous improvement
• Monitor service performance, user satisfaction and operational metrics
• Manage subscriptions, supplier collaboration, budgets and forecasts
• Drive standardization, automation and innovation through proofs of concept and digital transformation initiatives

What we are looking for

• Proven experience designing multi-system solutions and integrations, with strong knowledge of architecture, performance and security.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM and CSM, license management and contract compliance.
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
• A collaborative and social approach, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of Agile, IT Service Management principles, ITIL & ONEiO is a plus.
