Job summary

Outokumpu seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and optimize the ServiceNow platform across new and existing implementations. You will ensure security, scalability and alignment with business needs, acting as a link between technical teams, management and suppliers.

You will lead design and administration, implement ITIL processes, manage upgrades, monitor performance and drive automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing multi-system ServiceNow solutions.
Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM/CSM and security considerations.
ServiceNow certifications preferred.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, configuration, support and admin of ServiceNow.
Translate requirements into scalable solutions, apps and integrations.
Define ITIL processes and CMDB practices; manage upgrades and performance.
Monitor service performance, user satisfaction and metrics.
Oversee subscriptions, supplier collaboration, budgets and forecasts.
Drive automation and innovation through PoCs and digital initiatives.
