Job summary

Outokumpu seeks an Architect, Cloud Security to define and govern cloud security architecture across enterprise IT, digital and industrial technology environments. You will embed security requirements into solution architecture, perform risk assessments, and lead identity, IAM and Zero Trust initiatives.

We value 5+ years in information security and 2+ years in hands-on cloud design, with strong Azure security and Microsoft 365 security capabilities; industrial environments are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, Cyber Security, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of information security, infrastructure, enterprise architecture or cloud technologies.
• 2+ years hands-on experience designing and securing cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain cloud security target architecture, principles, standards and reference patterns.
• Embed security requirements into solution architecture, development and deployment processes.
• Perform security architecture risk assessments for cloud initiatives.
• Set requirements for identity, authentication, authorization and privileged access management in cloud environments.

• Follow industry trends, threat developments and cloud security best practices.

Are you passionate about building secure cloud environments and shaping security architecture at enterprise scale? Join Outokumpu as Architect, Cloud Security and help protect our IT, digital and industrial technology environments.

In this role, you will define, govern and develop Outokumpu’s cloud security architecture, ensuring that cloud platforms, services and workloads align with our cyber security strategy, risk management principles, regulatory requirements and architecture standards.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and maintain cloud security target architecture, principles, standards and reference patterns
• Embed security requirements into solution architecture, development and deployment processes
• Perform security architecture risk assessments for cloud initiatives
• Set requirements for identity, authentication, authorization and privileged access management in cloud environments

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in information security, infrastructure, enterprise architecture or cloud technologies
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and securing cloud environments
• Good understanding of Azure security architecture, Microsoft 365 security capabilities, cloud networking and controls, IAM, Entra ID, Zero Trust, cloud-native security services and DevSecOps
• Experience in industrial environments is an advantage
