We are seeking a capable service supervisor to lead customer accounts and cleaning services for our wide-area service region (hospitality cleaning and/or premises cleaning). The role involves overseeing the service region's clients, coordinating personnel onboarding and development with team leaders and service supervisors, and ensuring customer expectations are met. You will lead your team, be responsible for quality control and reactive customer contact, and participate in operational tasks while developing processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include overall management of service region customer accounts, personnel administration for the team, ensuring efficiency and scheduling, customer communication and satisfaction, and continuous improvement of service targets.

Requirements

• Requirements include prior supervisory experience in the cleaning industry within the hospitality or premises cleaning segments, driving licence B, willingness to travel, relevant cleaning training or certification, ability to organize and lead a team effectively, strong customer service mindset and communication skills, flexibility, reliability, initiative, and fluency in Finnish and English.
