Job summary

RTK-Palvelu Oy is expanding its team with a Service Supervisor for the Capital Region in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. You will be responsible for operational planning and the smooth execution of cleaning services at customer sites, in a supervisory and coordinating capacity.

The ideal candidate is service-minded, customer-oriented and thrives in a sometimes busy environment, organizing work efficiently with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the cleaning industry.
• Experience in supervisory roles.
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Good communication skills in Finnish and English.
• B-class driving license; owning a car is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate cleaning operations at customer sites to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise cleaning teams and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Maintain positive client relationships and respond to service requests.
• Assist with safety and quality standards at work sites.
