ISS Palvelut Oy in Oulu is seeking a Cleaning Service Supervisor to lead and grow a multi-service cleaning team for schools and day-care sites in the Oulu area. You will direct daily work, organize tasks, arrange substitutes, monitor quality and ensure service promises are met.
You will work mainly daytime shifts Mon–Fri (05:00–16:00), require a B-driver’s license, a car for travel between sites, and Finnish/English communication skills; driving kilometres are reimbursed.
We are seeking a Cleaning Service Supervisor for our multi-service team in Oulu. As a professional in the cleaning sector, you will lead and guide your team to success, and grow as a cleaning service professional. The role requires initiative and professional leadership in schools and day-care sites within the Oulu area. You will be part of a skilled multi-service team delivering high-quality cleaning and meal services to school and day-care facilities. Your responsibilities include directing daily work, organizing cleaning tasks, arranging substitutes, and ensuring our service promises. You will also collaborate with customers and monitor quality. You will guide and train your team, but you will also actively engage in cleaning and kitchen duties when needed.
The position is full-time (37.5 h/week) and permanent, with primarily daytime shifts on weekdays between 05:00 and 16:00; flexibility is appreciated due to alt shifts and weekend work. Start date as soon as possible. You will need a driving license and a car to travel between sites. Kilometre allowances are paid for car use.
The pay is according to the Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement wage group 8 (16.55 €/h) plus any applicable supplements.
We look for confident professionals who can lead, guide, and support their teams, with strong customer service orientation and a willingness to grow in the cleaning services field. Proficiency in IT and willingness to learn new systems are valued, as are hygiene passport and occupational safety card (training can be provided after start). You should have fluent Finnish and English communication skills and physical fitness. A B-driver’s license and access to a car are required to travel between sites. A clear criminal background is required for working with children at certain sites.
