Job summary

ISS Palvelut Oy in Oulu is seeking a Cleaning Service Supervisor to lead and grow a multi-service cleaning team for schools and day-care sites in the Oulu area. You will direct daily work, organize tasks, arrange substitutes, monitor quality and ensure service promises are met.

You will work mainly daytime shifts Mon–Fri (05:00–16:00), require a B-driver’s license, a car for travel between sites, and Finnish/English communication skills; driving kilometres are reimbursed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the cleaning industry is advantageous.
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
• Fluent Finnish and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work and organize cleaning tasks across sites.
• Arrange substitutes and manage shifts for weekday and weekend work.
• Monitor quality and respond to customer needs.
• Guide and train the team, while performing cleaning/kitchen duties as needed.
