RTK-Palvelu Oy is seeking a Service Supervisor in Seinäjoki to lead cleaning site operations. You will supervise staff, plan daily activities, and ensure high-quality service for diverse client sites. The role requires strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate has cleaning industry experience, supervisory skills, and fluency in Finnish and English, with a positive attitude toward multicultural teams and strong negotiation abilities.

We are now looking for a Service Supervisor in SEINÄJOKI for our growing team.

In cleaning supervisor and guidance tasks, you will be responsible for the operational planning and smoothness of our customer sites' cleaning services. The person we are looking for is genuinely service-minded, customer-oriented and enjoys organizing their work efficiently even in an occasionally busy work environment - not forgetting a diamond problem-solving ability!

We expect from you:

• previous experience in the cleaning industry
• supervisory tasks such as in the role of a service coordinator

• you will need a driver's license

Employment:

The employment relationship is concluded for an indefinite period and the start of work is according to the agreement. The working time in the tasks is full-time. Remuneration in the position is according to the agreement, taking into account your previous experience and educational background. The collective agreement for office personnel in the property industry is applied in the employment relationship.
