Job summary

RTK-Palvelu Oy seeks a Service Supervisor for the Vaasa area to lead cleaning teams, organize routines, plan shifts, monitor quality and strengthen cooperation with customers. You will also contribute to cleaning work when needed.

The role requires a proactive, service-minded approach, experience in supervision and the cleaning industry, fluency in Finnish and at least satisfactory English. A B-driver's license and ability to move between areas are required; on-the-job training and safety card

Qualifications

• Previous experience in work guidance and the cleaning industry.
• Education in the field is an advantage; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Act as a work supervisor for cleaning; organize and guide cleaning tasks.
• Plan shifts, monitor quality and develop cooperation with customers.
• Participate in cleaning work when needed.
