Job summary

RTK-Palvelu Oy seeks a Service Supervisor for the Vaasa area to lead cleaning teams, organize routines, plan shifts, monitor quality and strengthen cooperation with customers. You will also contribute to cleaning work when needed.

The role requires a proactive, service-minded approach, experience in supervision and the cleaning industry, fluency in Finnish and at least satisfactory English. A B-driver's license and ability to move between areas are required; on-the-job training and safety card

• Education in the field is an advantage; on-the-job training available.

We are now looking for a Service Supervisor for the VAASA area!

About the task and our expectations:

As a cleaning service supervisor, you will act as a work supervisor for cleaning. You will assist the supervisor in everyday life by taking care of the organization and guidance of various cleanings, planning of shifts, quality monitoring, and developing cooperation with the customer. You will also participate strongly in the cleaning work yourself.

You are service-minded and your way of working is brisk and confident. You enjoy organizing and solving problems even in the middle of a rush.

Requirements:

Previous experience in work guidance and the cleaning industry provides good prerequisites for success in the job. Education in the field is seen as an advantage and we also have the opportunity to train on the job. A work safety card is seen as an advantage, we will train it for you if necessary.

You communicate effortlessly in Finnish, your English language skills should be at least at a satisfactory level and you get a plus for other language skills. A driver's license (B) and moving in different areas is a necessity in this task, the possibility of using your own car is an advantage for you.

Employment:

The employment relationship is concluded for an indefinite period and the start of work is according to the agreement. The working time in the tasks is full-time day work. Remuneration in the task is according to the agreement, taking into account your previous experience and educational background. The collective agreement for the property services industry is applied in the employment relationship.
