Job summary

N-Clean Oy in Finland's Uusimaa region is seeking a Service Instructor in Cleaning Services for Commercial Cleaning. You will support daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and act as a bridge between staff, management and customers while guiding team members.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, onboarding staff and contributing ideas for process improvements. The position is full-time, with shifts starting early and some weekend work, offering a structured onboarding path.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning work and knowledge of commercial cleaning services.
• Ability to guide and support a work community in everyday situations, promote an equal and respectful working atmosphere, and provide clear feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• A customer-focused approach and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in either Finnish or English; language skills important for instruction and safety.
• A valid work permit if you are not a Finnish citizen.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of daily cleaning operations and plan work allocation; use resources cost-effectively.
• Continuously develop operations with your supervisor and contribute improvement ideas.
• Guide and onboard employees and ensure safe working practices.
• Collaborate with customers to support service delivery.
