The job is for an employment services role in Mäntsälä, involving diverse customer service and administrative support duties.
You will provide unconditional and appointment-free guidance and service navigation at the municipal service hub in the town hall, perform customer service tasks supporting client processes, know and apply the governing legislation, collaborate with internal and external actors, and provide digital guidance. The role includes advising at the remote Kelan customer point, supporting the Vinkin service desk on a substitute basis, and working with internal networks to improve client processes.
We expect you to have a relevant vocational college degree or a higher education degree, solid knowledge of statutory customer service processes, good IT skills and ability to use various systems, customer-oriented, proactive and meticulous approach, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a structured manner.

Salary and terms are set according to the municipal collective agreement. Base pay: 3077.14 EUR/month, with possible seniority pay based on previous work experience; six-month trial period applies.
