Job summary

Mäntsälän kunta seeks an Employment Services professional to deliver diverse customer service and administrative support duties at Mäntsälä municipal service hub. Qualifications

• Relevant vocational college degree or higher education degree.
• Sufficient knowledge of statutory customer service processes.
• Good IT skills and ability to use various systems.

• Good collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a structured manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the municipal service hub in the town hall.
• Advise at the remote Kelan customer point.
• Support client processes and apply governing legislation.
