This is a permanent, full-time position in the Jyväskylä–Muurame employment services area. The Omavalmentaja acts within the Work Ability Strengthening services, responsible for the individualized service process of job‑seeker clients and for making authority decisions related to clients. The role emphasizes face‑to‑face, personal client service and proactive provision of services according to client needs. You will focus on clients whose ability to work has diminished due to injury or illness or who require broader network collaboration beyond employment services. Your task is to clarify clients’ employability and learning prerequisites, map and assess job‑seeking situations, strengthen work capacity, and advance clients’ transitions to working life. In guidance, you will map and assess the client’s job‑seeking situation, strengthen work and functional capacity, and support their progression to working life. We expect a degree suitable for the role. Previous experience in employment services and the legislation governing activities is a plus. Independent and often quick decision‑making ability; excellent information retrieval skills; a solution‑oriented and coaching approach; strong interaction and networking skills; enthusiasm for creating, developing and testing new operating models. The position’s step salary is 3218.19 €/month, with additional KVTES‑based seniority allowance up to 8%. Start date is 1.10.2026 or by agreement.
