Job summary

Clevry Oy in Espoo seeks a Senior Specialist, Service Integration to lead IT service management and SIAM initiatives in a multi-vendor environment. You will shape governance, optimize provider performance, and translate analytical insights into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow and dashboards is an advantage; SIAM Foundation/Professional or ITIL advanced certs are assets.
• English as the primary working language; knowledge of Finnish, Swedish or Polish is a plus.
