Job summary

Outokumpu Chrome Oy in Helsinki seeks an experienced End User Service Specialist, IAM to join our IT organization. You will provide advanced technical expertise and senior support for Identity and Access Management across lifecycle, governance and authentication platforms.

You will lead complex incident resolution, root cause analysis and automation to strengthen security, reliability and efficiency of IAM services. Collaboration with cyber security, stakeholders and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in IAM/IDM operations and senior support.
• English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced 2nd/3rd level IAM support for incidents and problem management.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement across identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Translate security and IAM policies into operational controls for least privilege and privileged access.
• Own configuration, change, testing, deployment and validation for IAM applications and data flows.
• Drive automation and documentation of IAM processes and tools to improve security and reliability.
• Partner with cyber security, HR, business stakeholders, IT teams and suppliers to deliver secure identity services.
• Support audit evidence, access reviews, risk remediation and end-user training related to IAM services.
• Option for on-call if needed.

We are looking for an experienced End User Service Specialist, IAM to join our IT organization in Helsinki.

In this role, you will provide advanced technical expertise and senior support for Identity and Access Management / Identity Management services across identity lifecycle, access governance and authentication platforms.You will play a key role in strengthening the security, reliability and efficiency of IAM services by leading complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, service improvements and automation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, cyber security teams and suppliers, translating IAM policies and standards into practical operational outcomes.

Your role and responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical expertise and 2nd/3rd level support for IAM / IDM services, including complex incidents, problem management and agreed on-call support
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement across identity lifecycle, provisioning/de-provisioning, access requests, integrations and authentication services
• Translate security and IAM policies into operational controls for least privilege, segregation of duties, privileged access and access governance
• Own configuration, change, upgrade, testing, deployment and service validation activities for IAM applications, connectors, workflows, interfaces and data flows
• Drive standardization, automation and documentation of IAM / IDM processes and tools to improve security, reliability and efficiency
• Partner with cyber security, HR, business stakeholders, IT teams and suppliers to deliver secure, compliant and reliable identity services
• Support audit evidence, access reviews, risk remediation, reporting and end-user training related to IAM services
• Option for on-call if needed

What we are looking for

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent industry experience, with experience in IAM / IDM operations, senior support or application management
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, access governance, least privilege, segregation of duties and privileged access management principles
• Good knowledge of directory and identity technologies such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, combined with hands-on experience in IAM / IDM platforms, connectors, workflows, APIs and data flows
• Scripting and query skills, for example PowerShell and SQL, for troubleshooting, reporting and automation
• Experience with ITSM processes, change/release/problem management, supplier coordination and clear communication in English; SAP or manufacturing experience is considered an advantage
