Job summary

Clevry is seeking a Senior Specialist, Service Integration in Espoo to lead SIAM and ITSM initiatives across a multi‑vendor environment. You will help design operating models, define integration approaches, and drive improvements across service chains.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, including monitoring performance, developing dashboards, and coordinating between internal teams and external providers. English is the primary language.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT Service Management and the ITIL framework.
• Experience in SIAM, Service Integration, Vendor Management, or IT Governance roles.
• Experience working in multi‑vendor environments and complex service ecosystems.
• Understanding of SLA, OLA, and KPI metrics and ability to analyse service performance.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and turn them into practical actions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• A relevant higher education degree or equivalent expertise gained through professional experience.
• Previous experience with ServiceNow and building dashboards is an asset; SIAM Foundation/Professional or ITIL Intermediate/Expert is a plus.
• English is the primary working language; knowledge of Finnish, Swedish, or Polish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting service teams with supplier onboarding and offboarding, and defining operating models and integration approaches.
• Monitoring and analysing service provider performance using SLA, OLA, and KPI metrics.
• Identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvement opportunities across service chains.
• Developing reporting, metrics, and dashboards for the supplier ecosystem.
• Supporting the IT Service Desk and Service Managers in coordinating the multi‑vendor environment and governance practices.
• Facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external service providers.
• Developing and maintaining the SIAM operating model, processes, roles and governance structures.
• Participating in service reviews, governance and supplier performance meetings.
• Developing and standardising ITSM processes across different service providers.
• Supporting harmonisation of SLA, OLA, and KPI practices.
