Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enable operational SIAM practices by supporting service teams and improving cross-supplier integration and reporting.
• Onboard/offboard suppliers; monitor SLAs, OLAs and KPIs.
• Analyze service metrics and trends to identify cross-supplier improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Support contract and supplier lifecycle management with performance insights and reports.
• Build and maintain ITSM dashboards and reporting structures in ServiceNow.
• Maintain the SIAM operating model, processes and governance structures.
• Participate in service reviews and supplier governance forums.
• Advance ITSM processes across providers to optimize service delivery.

As a Senior Specialist, you will ensure that all IT services delivered by multiple providers work together seamlessly within a unified framework. You will act as a key support for internal service teams and external partners to optimize end-to-end delivery and integration.

Work tasks

This role focuses on enabling the operational implementation of SIAM practices by supporting service teams and continuously improving multi-supplier integration and reporting.

• Support service teams in supplier onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor and report service provider performance against SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Analyze service metrics and trends to identify cross-supplier improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Support contract and supplier lifecycle management by providing performance insights and recommendations via agreed reports and build related dashboards.
• Build and maintain ITSM dashboards and reporting structures within ServiceNow.
• Maintain and support the SIAM operating model, processes, and governance structures.
• Participate in service reviews and supplier performance governance forums.
• Support the development, standardization, and enhancement of ITSM processes across all providers to optimize service delivery and integration.

We are looking for

• Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and frameworks like ITIL.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments and complex service ecosystems.
• Experience in service integration, vendor management or IT governance roles.
• Proven ability to build reports and dashboards within an ITSM tool like ServiceNow.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret performance data.
• Basic understanding of system integrations and mapping logic between platforms.
• Strong communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

It is meritorious if you have

• Proficiency in Finnish.
• SIAM Foundation or Professional certification.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
• Advanced ITIL certifications such as Intermediate or Expert level.
