Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Senior Integration Lead to own a complex enterprise integration landscape across HR. You will review, design and migrate legacy IBM DataStage integrations to SAP BTP, while enhancing monitoring, governance and security.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and external partners to ensure scalable, compliant integration patterns. Ideal candidates bring hands-on SAP BTP experience, knowledge of HR data flows, and the ability to lead architectural change in a regulated

Qualifications

Solid experience with enterprise integration architecture and lifecycle management.
Hands-on SAP BTP experience, preferably SAP Integration Suite.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, APIs and HR data flows.
Experience with integration patterns (batch, real-time, event-driven, API-led, file-based).
Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON, SFTP, certificates, OAuth and related security concepts.
Ability to review and improve existing integrations, not only build new ones.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the integration landscape across HR and related business domains.
Review existing IBM DataStage and SAP BTP integrations, including data flows, schedules, message volumes, dependencies and failure points.
Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary data movement, including full-load patterns, duplicate interfaces and legacy batch processing.
Define and maintain a roadmap for migrating legacy integrations from IBM DataStage to SAP BTP.
Design, build and improve integrations using SAP BTP capabilities, especially SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration.
Work with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP RISE / S/4HANA-related integrations, APIs, file-based transfers and event-driven patterns.
Establish standards for integration design, naming, documentation, monitoring, alerting and incident handling.
Improve operational stability by strengthening logging, observability, error handling and support procedures.
Work closely with external consultants, internal IT teams, architects, application owners, HR, Finance and vendors.
Secure knowledge transfer from external parties and reduce long-term dependency on third-party vendors.
Support audits, compliance, access control and security requirements relevant to a regulated financial institution.
Act as a senior advisor on integration architecture, integration governance and platform evolution.
