Formación

• Senior leader with experience in building scalable, high-concurrency systems.
• Proven ability to facilitate technical meetings and coach developers.
• Experience in banking or financial crime prevention is advantageous.

• Act as Lead/Senior Developer in Financial Crime Prevention domain.
• Lead technical teams, set high development standards, mentor others.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Analysts.
• Refine epics and user stories to align business goals with tech execution.
• Translate solution architecture into robust designs and working software.
• Advise on tools, technologies and processes to optimize development.
